  I sold someone a 16k gold ring diamond and aquamarine enlaid. He went here to get it appraised and somehow it was only worth ten bucks. The same sort of thing happened when i personally went in. Supposedly the diamonds i had were fake even though i tested them and they tested as real. Also, they wont take loose diamonds, which isnt much of a deal breaker, but seems a little like nonsense since the employee who handled me said that NO ONE in the area would take them. I found a place to take them within five minutes of getting back home.
  
  This place wants to rip you off it feels like, and i will not bring them any sort of business even as an inquiry.
